We Ship Worldwide
Shipping costs to foreign countries are determined by quote based on the order. After reviewing your order, we will contact you with the shipping cost. As soon as shipping is confirmed, we will process and ship your order. Shipping charges are for shipping only. You are responsible for any customs or duty charges levied by your country.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on certain items. Please note, some items have free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada and some only have free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. The term contiguous United States refers to the 48 U.S. states located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.

Expedited Shipping
You will also have the option, if desired, to choose expedited services such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three-Day Select for an additional charge. Expedited shipping charges will be determined based on the order. Expedited shipping is carried out at the time of shipment and is exclusive of the time it takes to process your order. All shipping rates are based on the continental US. Shipping charges outside of the continental US may vary. Shipping to foreign countries will be determined after the order has been placed and submitted to you for your confirmation or cancellation.

Shipping Methods
All shipping is handled via USPS, FedEx, UPS and Canada Post (for some Canadian orders). The quickest and most efficient method is selected based upon the order contents and the destination. If you have any special shipping instructions, please include them in the "order notes" or send us an email.

Unclaimed Packages
We do not accept any responsibility, nor will we issue any refunds for packages not claimed. If the tracking information indicates that a package was delivered or that a Postal Carrier attempted to deliver the package and/or left notification, it is the buyer's responsibility to follow up with the Post Office and collect their package before it is returned. If the package is returned to us unclaimed, the items may be refunded minus the shipping charges. Further, any additional shipping charges levied by the carrier for return costs will be deducted from the refund.

IMPORTANT: We want you to receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. After an order has been shipped, it normally takes between 3 and 7 business days to arrive (depending upon the item and the destination). Once an item enters the shipping process, all inquiries regarding shipping will be directed to the responsible carrier (United States Postal Service, FedEx, etc.).
