IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION

To all DogSport Gear Customers, 

As the COVID-19 situation here in The United States and across the world evolves, we want to keep you informed about what it means for our staff, customers and our community.  

The health of customers and staff is a top priority, and we’ve taken precautionary measures to play our part in keeping our people safe.  

Steps include: 

  • Enhancing our cleaning processes at all DSG locations. 
  • Limiting business travel. 
  • Promoting everyday preventive behaviors with our teams across the country. 
  • Closing our retail facilities.
  • Limiting staff interaction and observing social distancing
SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will continue to ship products as quickly as possible, but processing may take longer than normal on some items.
Shipment Delivery Guarantee Times are currently suspended and we can not be help responsible for delays by carriers.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

We will continue to accept returns and exchanges both in Canada and in the United States.  Returned items will be held in quarantine for 7-10 before being processed.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but the safety of our staff reminds a priority.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

As non-essential supply chains shut down in some regions,  some products will become temporarily unavailable.  We will still accept orders for these products and ship them when they are again available.  If this is going to be a substantial period of time we will contact customers directly on a per order basis.

Currently we can not ship E-Collar Technologies products as we are unable to re-supply from the manufacturer until Apirl 7th.
